The FIVE flows of the human body are:

Digestion
Lymphatics
Meridians
Nerve
Vascular

These flows keep the body in harmony. With the blockage of ONE flow (example, constipation) that is the FIRST sign of disease.

You must keep your flows open.

What most people do not understand, your nervous system needs to keep open as well. This is where Chiropractors are the gatekeepers of that arena. Getting your spine adjusted monthly, even though you feel fine. Feeling good is what you want to keep feeling, just like your car getting an oil change or tire rotations. Nothing seems wrong, but when left unchecked, sooner or later, the "check engine" light will come on. In Chiropractic, that is a blocked flow, constipation, bloating, back pain, vision disturbances, etc.

Don't wait until your check engine light comes on, get adjusted regularly, monthly at the least. I get adjusted twice a month for maintenance.

Maintenance of your Health should be #1 in your life, without good health, nothing else matters.
