Dr. Nataly is board certified and licensed by the State of Texas to practice Chiropractic and Acupun She continued her education at the University of St.

Dr. Nataly knew very early in life that she would have a career in the health field. She attended the DeBakey High School for Health Professions in the Texas Medical Center. Thus, her high school experience was a little different from that of an ordinary high school student. During this time she was exposed to various medical rotations and preceptorships involving nurses, physical and music therapists, social workers, medical doctors, and even plastic surgeons. Thomas, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts with concentrations in Biology and Theology in 2007. She was part of the Pre-Medical Program and actively participated in on-campus scientific research which later led to a position at the Methodist Hospital Research Institute and four published scientific articles. Dr. Nataly received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College and obtained a second Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology. She completed internships at the Moody Health Center and was selected to participate in the Rice University Athletic Program, where she provided chiropractic care for student athletes. Her final off-campus preceptorship involved treating non-professional and professional athletes, including NFL players and Olympic medalists. Dr. Nataly is board certified and licensed by the State of Texas to practice Chiropractic and Acupuncture. She is also licensed as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner and a recognized RockDoc through Rock Tape specialty tape. She treats all chiropractic conditions, however specializes in sports injuries and pregnancy chiropractic.

I'm excited to announce that our annual toy drive will now run for 3 full months 😳 giving everyone more time to shop the best deals, pick up meaningful gifts, and donate without the holiday rush.

This year, we’re proud to share that all donations will benefit the Texas Children’s Hospital, bringing comfort, joy, and hope to kids who need it most. ❤️

And for the first time, this drive is being hosted in partnership with The Perez Foundation for Health & Hope, working together to support families and brighten the holidays and beyond for young patients.

Thank you for being part of something truly special. Let’s make this our biggest and brightest toy drive yet! 🎄💛

"We're not a regular charity, were a cool charity." 💃🏻🌹♥️

My sisters, my nieces, aunts, besties, entire family, and community came together and it showed. ♥️

From our Foundation:

Our hearts are so full after an unforgettable night with all of you. Because of your generosity, energy, and love, we raised $9,472.40 in donations! 🌹♥️

We were just shy of our $10,000 goal for the night, but we know our community always shows up and we had $1359.30 in original foundation donations, I count this as a BIG SUCCESS!

Our Foundation account has a total of $10,831.70 right now! Imagine all that we can accomplish with that. 🙌🏻

Every single dollar will go back to the community in need.

But we’re keeping the momentum going this week. If you couldn’t attend or didn’t get a chance to give, there’s still time to help us. Our online store and online donations are still open. Links in bio.

Sundays are for reflection...and today I’m feeling especially grateful to be home after 8 unforgettable days in Costa Rica. 🌴

5 of those days were spent with on their annual wellness retreat, and honestly, I can’t recommend it enough. If you’ve ever thought about hitting pause, recharging, and giving yourself the gift of true self-care… do it. This was more than a retreat. It was a treat.

As someone whose career is built on helping others feel better, I practice what I preach when it comes to self-care. But this trip was different: no decisions, no rushing, just being.

🥗 The chef crafted meals that were healthy and delicious.

🌊 The setting was serene, healing, and inspiring.

👯‍♀️ And the women I shared space with were strong, kind, and empowering.

And about the workouts… I’m not a 6am person. Ever. 😅 But somehow, waking up to move my body with pilates + yoga felt refreshing, energizing, and calming all at once. It reminded me that wellness isn’t about perfection, it’s about presence.

Costa Rica taught me. The women I met taught me. And I’m coming home feeling full, refreshed, and more connected to myself than ever.

A big thank you to and for curating this retreat. These two incredible souls came in at the perfect moment, reminding me to pause, slow down, and simply breathe.

Mom always said "Bring me flowers when I'm alive, not when I'm dead."

Well, to us she lives on and gets ALL the flowers always. ❤️

We celebrated her Friday and Saturday and finally laid her to rest at one of her favorite places, our ranch. We've seen many cardinals and sis even saw an albino deer, so we think she approves of the decision.

To all our family and friends- thank you for always showering her with love, support, and all these flowers! We even had a flower bar at the ranch and 53 vases were filled and taken and we still had all those flowers to decorate her graveside! She is LOVED! And we feel it, too! It has truly helped us these past weeks. ❤️
