Our family is here to serve and support you as you practice the most effective form of yoga on the planet. All of our instructors are certified, experienced, and exceptionally well trained - when you take class with us, you will receive skilled instruction, including the individual attention necessary to help you practice safely so you receive the maximum benefit from your practice. Along with our regular teaching staff, we often have visiting guest teachers who teach at our studios. We offer mentoring to teachers and studio owners who come to study with us from around the world. Hot Yoga Houston provides state of the art facilities to practice in comfort in. From the built in bio-wall that purifies the air using electro-violet light and negative ion generators, to the special enzyme we use to steam clean our carpets, to the fans that pump fresh air into the yoga room 24 hours a day, we have taken care of every detail necessary to guarantee a pristine environment. Hot Yoga Houston feels a lot like a team or a theater troupe. The people that come every day are all different ages, different bodies, and have different lives outside the room; but when class starts, all of that fades into one shared experience and collective practice.

No one shows up the same, and that’s the point. The practice works because of the collective energy; everyone brings something unique and still commits to the same space, the same breath, the same postures, and the same practice.

You are welcome here, whether you’re at 95% or 10%. Our studio would be honored to experience your presence.

It’s so easy to fall in love with this yoga!
Our new student Emily ,who started in November, says:
“26x2 gives the human body lots of energy but so does time in the lobby! One of my favorite times of day is between the 10 to 11 class in the 1130 to 12:30 class: that beautiful 30 minute window, where everyone hangs out and chats. This is where I’ve gotten to know my fellow yogis and I’m able to have a granola bar and some water after yoga before going into Pilates. As someone who works from home, it’s one of the only times I talk to people during the day, it’s really refreshing to have a community away from home to be a part of.
