Hey Celts, happy Mental Monday! 🌟✨ Just a reminder to take a moment and appreciate where you are in life. Sometimes we forget that we’re living in moments we once prayed for. Be proud of yourself, celebrate how far you’ve come, and find joy in the little things. You’re exactly where you need to be. 💚🫂

Hey Celts! It’s , and today’s focus is on the power of asking for help. 🫂🌱

Sometimes, reaching out can feel intimidating. Maybe we worry we’ll seem vulnerable, or we think others won’t understand. But remember, needing help is human—and having a support system can make all the difference. 🤝

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, that’s your cue to reach out. Don’t wait until things feel unmanageable. Let’s break the stigma and support each other. Remember we are always here for you do not hesitate to stop by.🙌💚

Hello celts⭐️ today is Mental Health Monday, and our focus for today is trusting the process!

It’s easy to feel stressed or frustrated when the results we’re hoping for don’t show up right away. But sometimes, what seems like a delay or setback is really part of a bigger plan. Trust that it might not be your time just yet—God could be protecting you or preparing you for something even greater. Remember, God’s rejection is often His redirection. Keep the faith and stay patient—your breakthrough is on the way. ✨

Hello, Celts!🌿 Happy Mental Health Monday!
Today’s reminder: Set boundaries. 🧘‍♀️

Boundaries are essential for protecting your mental well-being. They help you say “no” to what drains you and make space for what nurtures you. 💙 Prioritize yourself—it’s not selfish, it’s necessary.

HEY CELTS ❤️ Today on the Feast of St. Dymphna, the patron saint of mental illness and 7th century martyr, we reflect on the impact of mental health, and remind all enrolled students that we continue to offer psychotherapy throughout the summer sessions, with limited availability. ❤️
