For Hashim and his devoted wife, Khaira, their journey began in Sajawal, filled with uncertainty and unanswered questions. It was only when they reached SIUT in Karachi that they found hope. There, the right diagnosis and care gave Hashim a fighting chance. Over the past four months, dialysis has brought steady progress, with Khaira quietly standing by his side every step of the way. Today, they return to their village just in time for Eid, a moment made possible by your support.
