There’s a common miscommunication that clearing acne is a linear process and it’s not. As you can see in the first two photos, my Acne Bootcamp clients skin APPEARS to have gotten worse. There is an increase in inflammation and breakouts. This is where some people get discouraged and think they need to switch their routine.

But it is important to understand that more times than none your skin will appear to be getting worse before it gets better as your skin starts to purge and release what’s been trapped under the skin.
