📍 Huncho’s Tacos
Tacos I ordered:
• Carne asada
• Pollo asada
• AND a ribeye steak taco
And let me tell you right now — that ribeye taco??
Yeah. I’m going back for that alone. 😮‍🔥
It’s attached to a gas station, but once you walk in, you’re in taco heaven. Don’t judge the location — judge the flavor.
Customer service was on point.
It was getting PACKED before I left.
I already know I’m coming back for the quesadillas.
Go try it and come back and tell me I’m wrong.

On my journey to 10k, just sharing real life today.
A beautiful lunch service, a full day at work, and one of those nights that reminds me why I love what I do.
If you haven’t been out to Late August, this is your sign.
It’s a tasting-menu restaurant where everything is carefully curated and made from scratch — from the food to the cocktails.
Chef Sergio Hidalgo is in the kitchen making things absolutely delicious, and the bar is crafting cocktails with just as much intention.
Come out, come eat, and come see me.
