Beloved ones and divine souls!
💖💝HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY🩷
I wanted to give you a love letter to celebrate you and everything you represent. The embodiment of the sacred energy of the female giver of life!
I also want to this to be a letter of encouragement and hope:
Gone are the days when women were confined to the roles prescribed by society. We're rewriting the narrative, transforming the mothering paradigm into one of boundless possibility, growth, and generational healing.
But let's be real: this journey isn't always easy. We're breaking free from centuries of conditioning, reclaiming our power, and demanding more than just equality. We're striving for authenticity, abundance, trusting in our innate wisdom, and refusing to be confined by outdated expectations.
Empowered motherhood isn't just a movement; it's a revolution. It's letting go of all the abusive ideas that our culture gave us about what it is to be a good mother...It's about embracing our divine feminine energy, setting boundaries, and prioritizing self-care. It's about saying no to martyrdom and yes to our own growth and fulfillment. 👑
This Mother's Day, I invite you to stand with me and reclaim your holy and divine femme power!
Here you have some positive affirmations to read, chant, write down or post to the bathroom mirror!!
I now release the confines of social conditioning around who I should be as a woman and mother.
I now release the expectations of my family, parents, and friends around who I should be as a woman and mother.
I now release the bo***ge of slavery to motherhood martyrdom.
I now release the compulsion to sacrifice myself to keep peace in my home.
I now release the ‘shoulds’ and shame I’ve carried from others about the mother I am.
I now release the stories I carry about having to take care of everyone else in my life before myself.
I now reclaim my feminine divinity.
I now embody my power to say no.
I now activate my sacred creativity.
I now resurrect my sexual power.
I now see and define my holy boundaries.
I now fully feel and express my voice.
I now love and nurture myself and my children — from a place rooted in trust and growth with no need to prove or fulfill duties that have been externally imposed.
I now see the powerful mother and woman I am!
And so it is!!
Now... transformation doesn't happen in isolation. It takes a village of support and a commitment to self-care. So, I encourage you to reflect on where you feel unsupported and take action to create the community and resources you need to thrive. 🔥 The biggest thing I did for myself when I was down in the pit of misery was to ask (truly ask) for help. And allow myself to receive such help.
To every woman who has ever felt unseen or unheard, to every mother who has sacrificed and loved fiercely, and to every divine goddess embracing her power, I see you, I honor you, and I celebrate you.
