One of our Bloom Wellness Center clients has come in for her breast thermography scan every single year. Between her 2023 and 2024 scans, we noticed subtle but important changes in her right breast thermal patterns.

Beat the ☀️ with this hydrating iced tea!

Grab:
2 hibiscus tea bags
5-6 fresh mint leaves (or 1 mint tea bag)
Lemon or lime juice
1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup
4 cups boiling water
Ice to serve

Mix it all together:
•Steep tea bags + mint in hot water (10 min)
•Remove bags
•Stir in citrus juice (to taste)
