It's official! I am old! My baby is a senior. In case you are wondering if your eyes are blurry, they are not. I was too cheap to buy her senior pictures because she told me the price so this was just the proofs. She still looks like a baby to me.
Both girls report cards came home and Belle grabbed hers and tried to throw it in the trash. I told her to let me see it and she had all A's and one B and Sky had all A's. Belle knows that a B is an Asian F but she said she is trying, it's just she gets so confused during the tests. So I didn't ground her but doggone it. I don't buy that still since since I see her spend way more time practicing soccer than studying.
Belle definitely wastes a lot time doing a lot of other things besides studying. Like the other day, I picked her up from soccer and she looks over at me and says, "Mom, what does a concussion feel like?" Then a car drove past us and she was like, "Man! Those people had their high beams on." Which of course they did NOT! I immediately said, "What happened?" She said, " My friends and I were chasing some rat on the street after school and the rat turned around and looked at me and I got scared and fell backwards and hit my head on the concrete." I said, "What!? Who the heck chases after a rat and who the heck falls backwards?" She said, " All kids do that sort of stuff mom." I just shook my head and just had to be thankful that she is not chasing boys but RATS!!!
I have been adjusting her and massaging her. So just in case any of you guys are chasing rats and in need of a massage, take advantage of our special, $40 for first one hour massage with purchase of a package.
She is doing better but still sensitive to light so has to wear sunglasses. So for Halloween tonight, she said she will just dress up as a tourist. She will wear like a Hawaiian shirt and her sunglasses. Her back up plan will be dressed up as a doctor since 1. She loves Grey's Anatomy.
