What do you get when you give 5 parachutes & 5 balls to 40 people at Kingwood Memory Cafe??? ....Lots and Lots of LAUGHTER, SOCIAL CONNECTION, TEAM SPIRIT, ENCOURAGING WORDS and IMPROVED MOODS just to name a few. Our Parachute Ball Toss will not only get your blood circulating (while sitting in your chair ) but release all those "feel good endorphins" to reduce stress and promote a sense of well being.

Flowers are symbolic of a wide range of emotions including love, joy, happiness, appreciation & friendship. Join us on Tuesday, May 6th for our "MAY FLOWER" themed memory cafe where we hope to see those positive feelings blossom 🌼🌺🌻

Some people swear by special watering techniques, talking to their plants and even playing classical music. But at Kingwood Memory Cafe, we like to keep it simple ; We start by filling a room with Unforgettable FRIENDS, mix in enough FOOD to feed an army, tell some really, really, unbelievably bad JOKES 😜, play GARDENING Bingo, SING (even if our voices should never be heard outside of a shower)😂, DANCE (usually the squirrel dance - Lesley) and then keeping a close eye on making sure the room is soaked with LAUGHTER! 😍

We are going to need some help with our floral centerpieces and are looking forward to seeing your creative designs. No green thumb or water needed! 🙃

LOVE IS IN THE AIR!

SAVE THE DATE! The Kingwood Memory Cafe's early Valentine, Galentine, Friendship Time is Tuesday, Feb. 4th! We have been told by some couples that attending Kingwood Memory Cafe once a month is their "Date Night" 🥰😍 But whether you are an adult child with your parent(s), grandchild & grandparent(s) or just good old dear friends, please join us! There will be plenty of food, laughter, music, bingo, prizes & really, really bad jokes 😂

We always welcome new participants along with their families & friends of all ages (0-99). We LOVE having children & grandchildren!
