We’re excited to celebrate a major milestone at Apara Autism Centers! Please join us in congratulating Kaely Rollins on stepping into the role of Clinical Director at our Lewisville clinic. Her journey is a powerful example of dedication, growth, and passion for the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Kaely began her career with Apara in July 2020 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), later becoming a Lead RBT while completing her master’s program and supervision hours toward her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. After passing the BCBA exam in 2022, she joined our Lewisville clinic, where she has spent the past three years supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and building meaningful relationships with families and staff.

Now, she is stepping into the role of Clinical Director, where she will continue leading with integrity, mentorship, and a strong commitment to clinical excellence.

We are excited to welcome Allie Hossain as our new RBT Intern at Apara Richardson!

As an RBT Intern, Allie will be working closely with our BCBAs and clinical team to support individualized treatment plans, implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are proud to support her development as she builds strong clinical skills in data collection, behavior analysis, and ethical practice.

Our Operations Managers (OMs) help create the structure that allows our BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and OAs to focus on what matters most, our clients.

Turn-taking and waiting are important social skills we practice every day, and music makes it even more engaging for some clients. During sing-alongs, our therapists create natural moments for clients to participate, take turns, and stay connected.

Engagement and pairing looks different for every child. While we're teaching skills, we build trust and show our clients that learning can be fun and shared with someone who supports them.

Because meaningful progress begins with connection. 💙
