I want to give a huge shoutout to Jordan Hairrell, our Lead RBT at the Lewisville clinic.

Jordan has been with us for 2 years and 7 months and has made an incredible impact on our clinic, our team, and most importantly, our clients.

She consistently steps into her Lead RBT role with flexibility, adapts seamlessly across different clients, and shows an enormous amount of support in helping keep our team together. Her dedication and willingness to step up when needed truly go above and beyond expectations.

Jordan is someone we can always count on, and her leadership has been invaluable to our clinic’s success. She is also expecting a baby this March, which is very exciting news if you choose to share that as well.

I truly wanted to recognize her for the positive and meaningful impact she continues to make every day.

Teaching a child to communicate can be life-changing. 💙

In ABA, we recognize that challenging behaviors are often a form of communication. That’s why Functional Communication Training (FCT) is a key focus of our work.

FCT helps teach meaningful, functional ways to communicate, supporting learners in replacing challenging behaviors with more appropriate, effective, and socially meaningful skills.
