JDF Collective I help high-achieving women lay down anxiety, perfectionism and people-pleasing so they can live with courage, joy, and authenticity.

The goal was never to just cope better. It was to understand what you’re coping from.

And once you understand the why, we do the next steps that actually stick.

Save this and follow along. And if you’re in Texas and ready to go underneath the pattern, I offer free intro calls at the link in bio. 💛

Grief didn’t just take them.

It took the version of you that existed with them. The one who laughed differently, loved a certain way, knew exactly who she was in that relationship.

And nobody talks about that part.

The disorientation you feel isn’t weakness. It’s not falling apart. It’s the real and honest loss of a self that was built around someone who is no longer here.

You’re allowed to grieve her, too.

Save this if it named something you haven’t had words for yet.

Grief isn’t always about loss. Something it’s about longing, or feeling lost, or forgiveness.

Sometimes it’s quieter than that. It’s grieving the version of yourself you set aside so long ago you can’t quite remember who she was. The dreams you quietly shelved because they weren’t practical. The needs you stopped voicing because nobody seemed to have room for them. The life you thought you’d feel something in by now.

High-achieving women are some of the most unacknowledged grievers I know because their losses don’t look like losses from the outside. They look like choices. Like maturity. Like having it together.

But grief doesn’t care how capable you look.
And the “I don’t know why I’m crying” moment in my therapy room? That’s almost never random. That’s usually the first time in a long time she’s let herself feel something she’s been managing around for years.
That moment isn’t a breakdown. It’s the beginning of something.

And if you’re carrying a grief you don’t have language for yet, link in my bio to work with me or come home to yourself in Unshakeable.

The to-do list will still be there tomorrow. I promise.

I know that sounds simple. But closing the laptop before everything is done can feel genuinely physically uncomfortable. Like you’re abandoning something.

Here’s what’s actually happening: when your worth gets tied to productivity, stopping starts to feel like failing. So you stay. You push. You tell yourself “just one more thing” … and then it’s 8pm and you’re resentful and depleted and somehow still feel behind.

The women who learn to stop before they’re finished are not less productive. They’re more present, more regulated, and they actually come back to the work sharper.

So how do you actually do it?
Set a non-negotiable close time and treat it like a meeting you cannot cancel. Put something on the other side of it worth stopping for.

Small shifts. Real change. That’s the work.

If this resonates and you’re ready to go deeper, the link in my bio is a good place to start. 🤍

You’re not burned out because you’re doing too much. You’re burned out because you’re carrying things that were never meant to be carried alone.

I’m hosting a free live webinar on June 10th at 12pm CT and I want you there.

“The Invisible Load: Why High-Achieving Women Feel So Exhausted”

We’re going to talk about the real reason you’re tired. Not the to-do list kind of tired. The kind where you’ve checked everything off and still feel behind. The kind where rest doesn’t actually feel like rest.

Here’s what we’re covering:
- What mental load actually is (it goes way deeper than the to-do list)
- Why high-achieving women carry more than their share, and why it sticks
- The one question that starts to shift everything
- What the path forward looks like inside Unshakeable, my 8-week group program

It’s free. It’s live. And there will be real space for real conversation.
