Our one-hour facial treatment combines facial sculpting and lymphatic massage with 20 minutes of specialized Buccal Massage for deeper muscle release and jaw relaxation.

Facial sculpting and lymphatic techniques help reduce puffiness, improve circulation, support lymphatic drainage, and create a more lifted, refreshed appearance. Buccal Massage works both inside and outside the mouth to release tension in overworked facial and jaw muscles commonly associated with clenching, stress, jaw tightness, and TMJ discomfort.

The result is not just aesthetic — many clients leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with noticeable relief in the jaw and face.

TMJ tightness, jaw clenching, teeth grinding, headaches, facial tension, neck pain… many people live with these symptoms daily and rely only on night guards to protect their teeth. But the tension patterns in the muscles often remain.

At Arctic Healing Cryo, our Buccal Massage helps release deep tension from inside and outside the jaw muscles to help relax the face, ease TMJ discomfort, improve circulation, and reduce tightness caused by stress and clenching.

This sculpting and therapeutic facial massage works not only on the surface, but also on the deeper muscles that are difficult to reach with traditional massage. Many clients notice relief in the jaw, face, neck, and even headaches after treatment.

Relax the jaw. Release tension. Restore your face and nervous system naturally.

A simple light treatment with powerful anti-aging results.

A clinical study using 630 nm red light therapy showed remarkable improvements in skin health. Just 12 minutes, twice a week helped visibly reduce wrinkles, inflammation, and uneven texture over time.

Red light works at the cellular level—stimulating mitochondria to boost energy, enhance collagen production, and improve circulation. Instead of masking symptoms, it supports your skin’s natural repair process.

Unlike invasive treatments or harsh chemicals, this approach is non-invasive, effective, and backed by science. And its benefits go beyond aesthetics—supporting healing, reducing inflammation, and improving overall skin function.

This is the future of skin health: working from the inside out.

Getting performance-ready tonight 🎶

Houston Symphony bass clarinetist Sasha Potiomkin stopped by Arctic Healing Cryo before his concert — doing cryotherapy, red light therapy, and compression to help the body recover and stay performance-ready.

Musicians train their bodies just like athletes do. Wishing Sasha an amazing performance tonight with the Houston Symphony.

Cellulite is not “just fat.”
It’s often a lymphatic drainage issue, fluid retention, and poor circulation trapped under the skin.

When your lymph system isn’t moving properly, toxins and excess fluid build up — creating that uneven, dimpled appearance.

That’s why real results come from improving circulation, drainage, and tissue health — not just dieting or working out.

✨ Support your body. Support your lymph. Watch your skin change.

A 2023 clinical study evaluated whether red light therapy can reverse visible signs of skin aging, and the findings were compelling.

In this study, 20 adults used an at-home red LED mask emitting light at 630 ± 10 nm for 12 minutes per session, twice weekly, over the course of 3 months. Researchers assessed multiple objective markers of skin aging, including crow’s feet wrinkle depth, facial sagging, firmness and elasticity, dermal density (via ultrasound imaging), skin roughness, pore size, sebum levels, complexion uniformity, and overall participant satisfaction.

Results showed progressive improvements throughout the treatment period. After 12 weeks, crow’s feet wrinkle depth was reduced by up to ~38%. Skin firmness and elasticity significantly increased, dermal density improved, and participants demonstrated smoother texture, reduced roughness, smaller-appearing pores, and lower sebum production. Complexion became more even, and notably, 100% of participants reported overall improvement in their skin.

Importantly, benefits persisted for at least one month after discontinuing treatment, suggesting lasting structural changes rather than temporary cosmetic effects. More research is needed before that conclusion can be reached.
