We are looking for a talented, motivated and engaging LCSW, LMFT, LPC or LMSW to begin in Fall 2023. We are an established, successful private practice and need someone with experience providing child and/or adolescent psychotherapy who wants to work in private practice. We also (actually) value a work/life balance that supports the provision of the highest quality work. (A supervision contract with a sought after external LCSW-S familiar with the practice would be available to an LMSW). Regular team meetings, clinical support, individual access to the Clinical Director, and flexible vacation and work from home are offered. The clinician will provide both in person therapy (in the Montrose/River Oaks area) and telehealth sessions to our ever-growing population of children, adolescents, and their families (as well as to adults and couples if desired). Roche + Associates serves primarily professionals and their families who expect top notch skills; we are an enhanced service self-pay practice with established referral sources. Days of the week and specific hours are flexible, although some late afternoon and evening (or weekend) availability will most likely be required to build a caseload.
