This mural will stand as a permanent celebration of resilience, community, and female empowerment in the heart of our city.

We are truly blessed to offer this opportunity to our residents, opening our doors so they can shop our inventory at no cost to rebuild a basic wardrobe of everyday essentials.

METRO will be hosting the “Live, Work, & Ride” Job Fair at the Mabee WholeLife® Service Center on May 21st from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

This event will feature approximately 40 employers from a variety of industries, offering attendees opportunities to connect directly with hiring teams and learn about current openings.

The Women’s Home extends heartfelt thanks to the Independent Insurance Agents of Houston for graciously hosting our May Client Graduation and Awards Ceremony.

The Dr. Seuss-inspired theme, “Oh, the Places You’ll Go,” was a wonderful celebration of new beginnings and perfectly captured the spirit of the evening.

Guests enjoyed thoughtfully designed decorations and delicious desserts that made the event both meaningful and memorable.

We’re excited to share that METRO will be hosting the “Live, Work, & Ride” Job Fair at the Mabee WholeLife Service Center on May 21st from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

This event will feature approximately 40 employers from a variety of industries, offering attendees opportunities to connect directly with hiring teams and learn about current openings.

METRO will also be showcasing the benefits of the new RideMETRO Fare Card system that launched last month and how it can support accessible, convenient transportation throughout the city.

Additional parking will be available nearby, and parking signs will be posted to help guide attendees.
