We are excited to celebrate the month of April by recognizing all team members who have a birthday this month, as well as extending a special shout-out to those celebrating a work anniversary.

To make these occasions even more memorable, we will be offering a selection of three different cake flavors to suit a variety of tastes. It’s our way of showing appreciation and celebrating the wonderful people who make our community so special.

April is Occupational Therapy Month, and at Villa Toscana, we are proud to recognize and celebrate the incredible contributions of our Occupational Therapy team. Their compassion, dedication, and commitment to improving the lives of our residents truly make a difference each and every day.

At the same time, we know that the outstanding care our residents receive is the result of a collective effort. While we honor our OT team this month, we also want to acknowledge the entire Villa Toscana staff. Every department plays a vital role in creating a supportive, healing, and uplifting environment for those we serve.

It is through this teamwork, collaboration, and shared passion that we are able to provide the exceptional care our residents deserve. Thank you to our Occupational Therapy team and to every member of our Villa Toscana family for the amazing work you do.

In celebration of National Caramel Popcorn Day, we stopped by Villa Toscana to treat our overnight team to a well-deserved surprise. Nothing says appreciation like a bag of caramel popcorn—complete with a little extra something special inside. A small gesture to thank our crew for their continued dedication and hard work.

We are proud to start the month on a high note at Villa Toscana at Cypress Woods by recognizing our very own Babatunde Adekala as the Employee of the Month.

Babatunde is an exceptionally dedicated Certified Medication Aide (CMA) whose commitment and work ethic consistently make a positive impact on our community. Words cannot fully express how valuable he is to our team and the residents we serve.
