This is a statement that has echoed in my ears since I heard the quote. A truly good facelift is INVISIBLE.

Surgeries require incisions, but experienced surgeons leave no traces. The first slide shows the markings for my incisions. The top blue arrow shows the tragus, and the bottom blue arrow shows the lobule. These areas are CRITICAL to the result. Check out my patient who is 3 months out from a full facial rejuvenation. Note the "invisibility" of the scars, the incision placement behind the tragus (post tragal), the recreation of the tragus, the the separated lobule that has just the right amount of freedom from the facial skin plane.
