No two cancer experiences are the same, and care should reflect that.

For lung cancer medical oncologist Dr. Eric Singhi, personalized medicine is key to advancing lung cancer care. By understanding each patient’s unique cancer, from biomarkers to personal goals, he is helping deliver more precise, thoughtful care.

Educating patients is also central to his work. He studies how understanding improves the patient experience and shares information on social media to help people better understand their disease. Recently, he contributed to The Journey to End Cancer: From Cause to Cure, a traveling national museum exhibit highlighting progress in cancer research and care.
