Hi, everyone π
I just wanted to say hey & share a little reminder β£οΈ.
I know sometimes we get so wrapped up in taking care of everyone & everything else, we lose sight of taking care of ourselves.
I know it's annoying to hear the "you can't pour from an empty cup" phrase but honestly.....we both know there's truth to it even if we hate hearing it, lol.
And honestly....if it gets to the point of detesting that phrase, it probably means we really need the reminder π.
Here's where we can help.
Sometimes we just need a little Self-Care.
And I know..... I know..... you're probably thinking "I don't have time!"
And it probably does feel that way.
But just remember....if we choose to listen to our body when it whispers, we won't have to hear it scream. π
Whether you're starting to feel the effects of peri-menopause or pain is keeping you from enjoying time with your family, we can devise a game plan to get you feeling better as quickly as possible.
But even if you decide to go in another direction, I encourage you to find someone you truly resonate with, someone you feel can help you in the best way possible.
Because you deserve to feel your very best β€οΈ.
And if up to this point, you feel like you've been neglecting yourself, don't beat yourself up about it.
Give yourself some grace and know that it's never too late to take that next step π₯°.
