Thursday we’ll be filling up Jenny’s beautiful shop, Nourished For You, for her grand opening in Magnolia and honestly… this one feels deeply emotional for me. 🤍

It’s such a full circle moment being able to stock the shelves of a fellow vendor’s store when I still vividly remember our very first market setup.

I literally stripped the comforter off our bed for a tablecloth. We barely scraped together enough money for a folding table. The display pieces? My kids’ Montessori tables. Pure, unedited chaos. Flour everywhere.

Exhaustion everywhere. Hope hanging on by a thread and a sourdough starter. 🥖

And now somehow we’re standing here looking at FOUR pickup locations… while preparing to make a LOT more space for the bakery come mid June.

Sometimes I sit in silence after deliveries and just stare at everything that’s happened because the weight of it all still hasn’t fully landed.

I truly want y’all to know how much your support at Eat This Fast & Fresh meant to us. Watching two gluten free brands come together and seeing our communities unite felt electric in the best possible way. The kind of chills that only come from witnessing something genuinely good unfold in real time.

This business started because I was terrified.
Terrified financially. Terrified creatively. Terrified of failing publicly.

If I’m honest, Navarro started as a desperate attempt to change the course of our lives.
What I didn’t realize was that God wasn’t sending a life raft.

He sent a whole Blackhawk helicopter. 🚁
You guys have NO idea how radically you’re changing my life. No. Idea.

And as always, we’ll be at Montgomery Farmers Market this weekend from 9-12 in the back parking lot of Restoration Church with the fullest selection of all the gluten free goodness. Come hug us, stock up, and celebrate this wild season with us. 🤍

Have you tested out this Ayurvedic theory? After a month of healthy eating/drinking you wont believe the difference in how you feel. What you put in and on your body determines your health. I always laugh if someone says they dont like my elderberry syrup. Usually its the type of person that lives off of fast food, doesnt know how to cook and has never had organic anything their entire life. I get it. You dont realize how important the best organic ingredients are to keep you and your family healthy. Give it a month. A consistent daily teaspoon. You'll notice how much better you feel. I promise. 🫶

Today was our LAST DAY OF SCHOOL! My twins graduated 5️⃣th grade and my youngest finished 3️⃣rd grade. SUMMER STARTS NOW! Alarms OFF! Lets see your kiddos last day of school pics in the comments! 💜

Ive had alot of messages about getting elderberry syrup over the summer-- absolutely! I still brew fresh syrup several times a week over the summer break. My 7️⃣ retail locations still receive restocks and we still ship nationwide, offer local delivery and porch pickup. Yes to everything! 🫶

All of the effort we put in to being healthy to just NEGATE it completely with alcohol. So eye opening.

Sober is where its at. 💯

I used to drink like a fish in my 20s-30s. I became a mom for the first time when I was 30. My kids gave me a reason to live. To be healthy. To choose recovery, wellness and longevity. I want to be here for my grandkids graduations and maybe even my great-grandkids if Im lucky. They are my why. 💜 Have you stopped drinking alcohol? How long has it been? This was my great Uncle Jim, (my Dad was named after him). "Mr. and Mrs. W.R. Jones of Ironsburg (TN) have received word from the War Department that the remains of their son, T-4 James N. Jones, are en route to the U.S. for reburial. The date of arrival is unknown. James N. was killed on Luzon Island in 1945. He served for 47 months on the Pacific Islands."
