Every once in a while I have an opportunity to meet my sweet customers; whether its at a market or when Im delivering an order to your doorstep. Most of you hug me and I LOVE that. I am a hugger. But more importantly, it shows me that our interactions via text/email/phone calls have made you feel close enough to me to reach out and hug me when we meet.
