“Train Myself to Be Happy Again”, Client Reflection
For a year and a half, life had not offered her happiness.
😔🌧️ Grief, loneliness, and heaviness became her new normal.
But she realized something vital:
Happiness isn’t handed to us—we have to create it. ✨
Her decision to feel joy again wasn’t just a thought.
It became a commitment backed by action. 💪
🧘‍♀️ Through mindfulness, she learned to sit with her emotions—
to process them without judgment
and to reconnect with her body as a home, not a battleground.
Still, happiness felt distant.
The emotional momentum was rooted in sadness.
And yet, like training for a race, she knew—
if she could take steps toward joy,
she could train herself to feel it again. 🛤️💛
So she started small.
One positive action a day.
🏊‍♀️ A swim.
🏓 A game of pickleball.
☀️ A moment in the sun.
🫁 One breath at a time.
And slowly… something shifted. 🌱
➡️ She learned not to be afraid to ask for help. 🤝
➡️ Life feels flat without happiness—but she could build it. 🧩
➡️ There will always be peaks and valleys. ⛰️
Just go.
Do it.
Commit.

When anxiety shows up, it can feel overwhelming, but with tools, we can respond rather than react. Here’s the personalized toolkit we created together to support emotional regulation, clarity, and self-trust:

2️⃣ Pause, be aware, and assess the situation
3️⃣ Resolve lingering arguments to find peace
4️⃣ Voice your needs clearly and kindly

We don’t talk enough about ease in professional success.
Many of my clients come in believing they have to earn success through exhaustion, overwhelm, and constant over-efforting.
But what if we’ve been taught the wrong metrics?
✅ What if nervous system regulation creates more clarity than constant pushing?
✅ What if aligned action outperforms burnout hustle every time?
✅ What if you’re allowed to succeed without proving your worth through suffering?
We can still be ambitious — and let it be gentle.
We can still achieve — and do so with self-respect.

That was true for my client, GG.

Every time you say yes to something that doesn’t feel aligned, you may be saying no to:

“Anxiety is like a smoke alarm that goes off not just when there’s a fire, but even when you’re making toast.”
🔁 It’s meant to protect you.
🔥 Its job is to alert you to danger.
🍞 But sometimes it gets triggered by things that aren’t truly dangerous—a conversation, a deadline, a thought, a memory.


Just like with a smoke alarm, you don’t want to rip it off the wall—you want to adjust its sensitivity and check if the threat is real or imagined.

💡 “I got so caught in the doing… that I didn’t realize what I had done.”
That was the heartfelt takeaway from my client during a recent session.
She had been chasing achievement after achievement, constantly pushing herself forward, without pausing to acknowledge how far she’d come.

We explored a new truth together:
✨You don’t have to break to glow.
✨You don’t have to overcome to be powerful.

Instead of pushing, she chose to embody:

💫 Being powerful, centered, and grounded
💫 Courageous and brave
💫 Loving, wise, intelligent, and spiritual

When You Say “I Don’t Know”… You Might Know More Than You Think ‼️
Ever catch yourself saying “I don’t know” when faced with a big decision, tough emotion, or honest reflection?
Here’s what I often see in my coaching practice:
💭 “I don’t know” isn’t always about not knowing.
It can be your nervous system trying to protect you from discomfort, vulnerability, or inner conflict.
👉 Sometimes it means:
“I’m afraid to say the wrong thing.”
“I haven’t had time to process this.”
“There’s a part of me that does know, but another part that’s not ready to admit it.”
Instead of pushing for an answer, try this gentle self-inquiry:
→ “If I did know… what might it be?”
→ “What am I afraid will happen if I tell the truth?”
→ “Where in my body do I feel that I don’t know?”
Truth lives in your body, not just your thoughts.
And sometimes, stillness reveals more than striving ever could.
✨ You’re not broken. You’re just protecting something important.

They are signals to your biology 🧬 and commands to the universe.
When a belief is repeated long enough, it becomes memorized, etched into the body as emotion and expressed through behavior.
But here’s the shift:
You don’t have to wait for your circumstances to change before you feel different.
You can start acting from your future self—now.
Ask yourself:
🌀 What would the future version of me believe?
🌀 How would I behave—before there’s evidence?
🌀 Who am I becoming by practicing this each day?
✨ Change your belief.
✨ Align your behavior.
✨ Become the version of you your future is calling in.
