Pro tip: Now is the perfect time to make the most of your insurance benefits before the end of the year and to plan ahead for the year to come! Here’s what you need to know:

https://ow.ly/KXyG50X3VV7 now because your benefits may reset in January, so if you’ve met or are close to your deductible or out-of-pocket maximum, it's the best time to maximize your coverage for this year (check your plan for specific details).
2. What is covered? Consultations, testing, IUI, and IVF may be covered depending on your plan.
3. State coverage matters. 21 states require some fertility benefits. Check your local rules.
4. Use pre-tax dollars. FSAs and HSAs can cover treatments and may not roll over.
5. Prep for open enrollment. Choose a plan that provides the benefits that best match your treatment needs and minimizes out-of-pocket costs for the year ahead.

Time is of the essence. Even without insurance, we aim to reduce financial stress so you can focus on building your family. Get more tips: https://ow.ly/tuYz50X3VV8

As PCOS Awareness Month continues, let’s shed some more light on this common hormonal condition. Despite being widespread, it often goes undiagnosed because symptoms can look so different from person to person, ranging from irregular periods and high blood pressure to weight gain, acne, and more.

If you suspect you may have PCOS, it’s important to see an OBGYN or a fertility specialist. They can run tests such as blood work and an internal ultrasound to help provide clarity and a diagnosis if needed.

Learn more about the symptoms and link between the condition and fertility during a FREE webinar with Dr. Rashmi Kudesia on Tuesday, September 30: https://ow.ly/e7Aw50X31Cj

Even though they are not the same, both are underdiagnosed and can impact fertility and quality of life. What matters most is finding answers, support, and care that fit your unique journey. You are not alone and we are here for you.
