Recognizing disease is a process, not a disability.The mind is a co-equal factor in all illness and healing. As part of your services, we will explore non-invasive techniques including diet, exercise and stress reduction. Time Mind Life Coaching is particularly interested in teaching individuals on how to reduce day to day stress/ anxiety through the use of mindfulness and awareness practices. Mindfulness/Awareness practices can be effectively used in all age groups and various group size.
