Snow Shoveling Safety Tips:

✅ Pace yourself: Allocate ample time for shoveling and avoid rushing.
✅ Layer up: Wear multiple layers of clothing to keep your muscles warm and flexible.
✅ Warm-up: Perform stretching exercises for your arms, shoulders, legs, and back before you begin.
✅ Push, don’t throw: When shoveling, push the snow straight ahead and walk it to the snowbank instead of throwing it.
✅ Avoid sudden movements: Refrain from abrupt twisting and turning motions.
✅ Lift with your legs: Bend your knees to lift the snow, allowing your leg and arm muscles to do the work, not your back.
