Jocson Garage Physical Therapy & Training No-frills, top quality physical therapy & personal training out of my garage in Howard Beach, NY.

I've been practicing as a physical therapist since 1996 and have been a personal trainer/strength coach for just as long. I used to have a home office in Howard Beach from 2002 to 2012, but after Hurricane Sandy, decided not to "practice where I live". As the Universe had other plans, although I have an office in the Flatiron/Union Square neighborhood in Manhattan, some locals have requested to see me in Howard Beach since 2016. So thus is born the Jocson Garage Gym offering no-frills (I really mean it, I don't have a bathroom for Patients and Clients, haha) physical therapy and personal training for those who want to empower them Selves to be their own Therapists & Trainers.
