Want leaner legs, try these exercises!
Star Jump: These are a fun, full-body exercise to get your heart rate going. Be sure to jump as high as you can.

Dumbbell Deadlifts: Go for heavy weights on this exercise. They help loosen up your hamstrings to improve flexibility, but they’re also great for reshaping the back of the thigh.

Jump Rope: Jumping rope doesn’t get enough credit for all of its benefits. Jump as fast and smooth as you can.

Jumping Lunge: A great exercise to target the entire lower body. Keep your core tight throughout
Frog Squats: This exercise keeps everything engaged to help you burn fat and build muscle.

Dumbbell Sumo Jump Squat: Perfect for inner thigh toning, and weighted resistance just makes it more beneficial. Aim for medium to light weights.

Side Cross Lunges: Perfect for building your inner and outer thighs.

Soup Time!

Soup Time!

Classic Egg Drop Soup Boil 2 cups broth. Slowly drizzle in 2 beaten eggs while stirring. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and 1 tsp soy sauce. Garnish with spring onions.

Spinach & Egg Soup Boil 2 cups water or broth. Add a handful of chopped spinach and simmer 3 mins. Pour in 2 beaten eggs and stir gently. Season with salt and pepper.

Tomato & Egg Soup Boil 2 chopped tomatoes in 2 cups water and blend. Add 2 beaten eggs and stir until cooked. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder.

Quick Chicken & Veggie Soup Boil 1 cup shredded chicken in 2 cups broth. Add ½ cup chopped carrots, beans, and peas. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.

Chicken Corn Soup Boil 1 cup shredded chicken with 2 cups broth. Add ½ cup sweet corn and 1 tsp soy sauce. Pour in 1 beaten egg and stir.

Lemon Chicken Soup Boil 1 cup chicken pieces in 2 cups broth. Squeeze juice of ½ lemon and add salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
