Primitive reflexes are reflexes that we have as infants that should go away as the brain and body develop. In some people, one or more of these reflexes do not go away during development. We call this a retained primitive reflex and these can impact a child’s ability to focus, perform in school, bed wetting, etc.

In most cases, there are exercises designed to show the brain: 🧠 We are good in this situation and this reflex is no longer needed.
