🔥I’ve made the difficult decision to discontinue my infrared sauna business at the end of March. My last day for appointments will be Saturday, March 28, and I will continue to receive clients until that time. I would like to thank everyone who supported my business and continue to support the health product part. I will definitely still have my product booths in both Howard and Lake Preston, just no sauna. (No, the sauna is not for sale 😊)

I’ve heard it’s pretty darn good with tomato juice and a strong “additive” 😉🤣. I also have a chicken recipe that uses it as a rub. I can post that if anyone is interested.

Send your Honey to the Heatwave booth to buy you some healthy sweet treats for Valentine’s Day! The mug is filled with two Only Bars and an assortment of your favorite flavors of electrolytes. I love dealing with small business owners who care about their customers! My order from Roots in Harmony came today, along with a hand written thank you note and some free samples for me to try. I tried the Beetroot Cacao Latte this morning in some hot cashew milk. I was pleasantly surprised with this mix. Just a hint of cacao so it wasn’t too overpowering and just a delightful taste over all. I appreciate that these mixes do not contain coffee/caffeine so I can enjoy the benefits of the adaptogens without the caffeine. You may mix them with coffee if you wish or enjoy in your favorite “milk” or blended into a smoothie! These will be at Miner Details this afternoon later and coming to Flegels Flowers soon!
