Country Life Yoga

Country Life Yoga Country Life Yoga is a small town yoga practice led by Brandi Mast Country Life Yoga classes are currently held at the HUD housing office in Howard, Kansas.

Classes are open to all fitness levels. Donations for classes are accepted and very much appreciated, but not required to attend class! Private yoga lessons are also available and can be done in the privacy of your own home. Charges for private lessons range from $10-$20 depending on location.
