“Hello everyone! My name is Ashley Sharma, and I’m thrilled to share that I am the new of Director of Sales at The Willows Independent Living in Howell.
I bring a strong background in Independent Living and senior living sales, along with a diverse career in hospitality, events, and relationship-driven sales. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with families, partners, and communities to create meaningful experiences and guide individuals through important life transitions. I’m passionate about connection, service, and helping seniors find a place they’re proud to call home.
As we prepare for this exciting new community to come to life, I’m looking forward to building relationships throughout Howell, supporting future residents and their families, and helping shape a warm, vibrant culture at The Willows.
