Update!

I just got my results back from my 90 Day bone marrow biopsy and I am officially Cancer Free!
I also made it to the all important 100 day recovery mark and well on my way to getting back to full strength! Working with my doctors to get off the rest of my medications and back to work!

As always thank you everyone who took the time out to text, pray, call, visit or help my family during this time. We are so thankful and blessed to have such a great support network.

Back at it, as soon as I hit 100 days, no more walking!

Well, after a few rough days I am feeling better and back to the morning grind!

The Phrase "I CAN'T" can often feel like a heavyweight holding us back from pursuing our dream and achieving our goals. But it's important to remember within us lies an incredible reservoir of Strength, Resilience, and Untapped Potential. We have the ability to Overcome Challenges, Push Past our Limits, and Accomplish Anything.

What started a a gentle reminder during a workout that you are capable of more than you think, has now turned into my mantra to Beat Cancer. "Yes I Ken" Do anything... Yes You Ken complete that next rep, Yes You Ken finish that marathon. It doesn't matter how difficult the task ahead, how dark of a place you are in just think to yourself "Yes I Ken"

Transplant day was yesterday and I was told to stay active, so I walked some miles this morning!
Day +1, and trying to stay strong! Long road back!
