Grace is a certified birth doula through Lifespan Doulas and CAPPA certified postpartum doula. Hello everyone and welcome! My name is Grace.

I am a certified birth doula through Lifespan Doulas and a certified postpartum doula through CAPPA in southeast Michigan. I am so passionate about physiologic birth, educating families, and supporting them during one of the biggest transitions in their lives. We are not meant to do motherhood on our own and having support such as a doula leads to a better overall birth and postpartum experience. I look forward to meeting you and discussing the opportunity to support your family!

Did you know I meet with my birth clients for a postpartum check-in visit after the baby is born? This gives us an opportunity to debrief the birth and chat about their experience. I ask how they've all been sleeping at night, how feedings are going, how they are healing, what's been challenging, and if they need any resources or recommendations.
It's always bittersweet for me as we wrap up our journey together, but I absolutely love hearing from my previous clients and seeing sweet little updates. They all hold such a special place in my heart, and I feel so blessed to be invited into their lives for a little while 🤍.

My friend Sarah and her husband Jake welcomed their sweet baby boy on Tuesday 💙🥹!

She labored for several long days and had a successful VBAC with her husband helping deliver their son !! 🥳 It was truly a beautiful birth to witness!!

Sarah, I can not begin to express how truly inspiring it was to see you conquer your birth and birth your baby with strength and awe! You are amazing, friend!!

Sarah and I used to nanny right next door to each other and spent many hours talking while our nanny kiddos played. We would chat about becoming mom's someday and how many kids we wanted 🥹. So, to be invited into her birth space as her doula was such a full circle moment and something I will truly never forget ❤️

Here is my 2023 doula recap. I feel so incredibly blessed to have been invited into so many families' births and homes ✨️! I absolutely love what I do, and I adore supporting my clients during these huge life transitions!
