It is with great sadness that I just learned one of our original Wyatt Family members has passed away this week. For many of you who know Jan from the great contributions to our support group as well as the former 5K walks we did in Manalapan, she will be remembered for her sweet spirit and love of painting.

Thank you Jan for all the stories, all the years of light hearted conversations about life and the challenges we face! I will miss you dearly and remember you always!

There has been some talk about the recent article about Intermittent Fasting. The American Heart Association has published the idea that IF can cause increased cardiac risk. 🙄😡🫣

It is sad to me that we live in a world where you can’t always trust what you read or hear. This is a prime example of that.

Always get curious and ask questions. Dr Jason Fung whom is like the father of Intermittent Fasting had a great post with his response to the American Heart Association. 🎉🎉🎉🎉

In summary, continue your Intermittent Fasting! 🥰

Who’s ready for a DIY? 🙋‍♀️ Check out these easy home-cleaning wipes! Follow the instructions below!

Instructions:
1. Fold the cloths in half and overlap a few inches on top of each other in a line and then roll up, starting with the first cloth.
2. Place the roll into a dry canister, lifting out the corner of the center-most cloth.
3. Combine the abode concentrate with 1 cup of water and pour evenly over the cloths.
4. With the lid closed, gently swish the mixture around to saturate the cloths, adding more water if needed. Avoid over-saturating for easier use.

For all of my strong, committed, and resilient lymphedema patients, I see you, I hear you, and I have dedicated my career to treating this condition.

I dedicate my future path to preventing lymphedema and all the root causes in as many people as possible. With the education, awareness, and ability to learn about your body, I would be so bold to say it is possible to reduce, or eliminate many of the reasons people develop lymphedema.

I am so grateful for my Wyatt family of patients over the last 20 years. So many of you have given me the ability to see beyond the conventional treatment and dive deeper into the triggers that make Lymphedema worse.

We have come so far in the past 20 years together. I am so excited for my Medicare patients this year whom now can get the compression garment coverage that they deserve. We have so much to celebrate together!

Guess who got home tonight? My Dad is doing great! He will have a long road of recovery with lots of PT, cardiac rehab, and my customized wellness plan! He’s got an amazing chest scar and no pain!! 😲

I am so proud of him and am so very grateful for all of the prayers and healing energy sent our way! 🙏🏻❤️

Back to work tomorrow! (Me, not him 😂)
