With the upcoming winter storm, it's time to review ProCare's safe snow removal tips!

❄️ Start with wearing layers and choose good, non-slip footwear

❄️ Avoid bending your back, use your legs to bend and lift

❄️ Try to push more than lift

❄️ Take breaks every 10-15 minutes to pace yourself

❄️ Know when to stop, and if you feel pain, stiffness, or discomfort that last more than a few days, seek help
