Our safari party was the wildest! We had a fantastic time with food, furry friends, games, and silliness in the jungle setting. 🐼🐻‍❄️🐻🦬🫏🦒

We launched our new Reasons We Smile project this Monday. Every Monday we will begin with a fun, humorous, or kind activity highlighting reasons we smile. This week, we were treated to Norma's spectacular classical piano performance, which certainly makes us smile, and were gifted beautiful bracelets featuring smiley face beads. We also decorated sugar cookies with smiley faces. The event included some fascinating “smile” trivia. Being part of the Cortland Howell community is a top reason to smile!

It’s magical when volunteers stop by to share their talent. Norma plays classical and classics on the piano for us every Monday. She is always willing to learn special requests and we’re always ready to listen. After all, music soothes the soul. 🎵🎶🎹🥰

We're hooked on Taste Test Thursdays. The suspense makes it more fun. What weird and wonderful food will we try and from which country? This week Belgium didn’t disappoint. We enjoy activities that bring us together with a twist. 🍪🍫🍬🍭🥨

Nothing says summer
fun like homemade ice cream!
Today, we rolled up our sleeves, mixed up the ingredients, and made our very own ice cream from scratch. Big smiles all around! We can’t wait to make another batch. What flavor should we try? 🍦🥰😎👍

Cardio drumming is back in session! We're experimenting with it and loving the experience. Weve discovered It's an excellent way to tap into our rhythmic side. It reaps other benefits such as lowering blood pressure, relieving stress and bringing a smile to our face!🥁😎🥰😁👍🎵

“Cortland Casino” was a hub of entertainment with Enosh's alluring renditions of Elvis and Wayne Newton hits, casino games (with prizes!), and mouth-watering food and drinks. We've mastered the art of partying Vegas casino style here at Cortland! Thank you Mid-Michigan Hospice for helping to make it a fun event!♠️♥️♣️♦️🎰😎😁👍

Our walking club meets daily and when the weather is nice it’s especially inticing. We have groups of different speeds so all can participate. Exercise, fresh air, and friends. Winning combo! 🚶👩‍🦽‍➡️😎👍🥰
