Your Sitting Posture Makes a Big Difference!

As you look at the pictures below, take note of the positioning of our Physical Therapist, Katie's head, shoulders, and low back. Proper positioning reduces excess pressure on the spine reducing risk of future aches and pains.

Adding a lumbar roll or even a rolled up towel/sweatshirt behind your low back can help you sit more upright with less difficulty.
