90 minute relaxation massage with a peppermint foot massage. 2 hour service.
Jingle all the way: $200
90 minute therapeutic massage, 20 minute Far infrared sauna session, hot towel sugar scrub foot treatment with essential oil of choice, and gifts. 2 hour and 20 minute session starting with Sauna session.

Dehydration and electrolyte depletion does occur with cold weather. Making sure you keep hydrated and include electrolytes as needed. Every time you perspire, perspiration leaches electrolytes from your body, replacing them is key to avoiding cramping and fatigue.
