On National Children's Health Day, we would like to remind our communities about the immediate support we are able to offer to youth and families through our Children's Mobile Response Services. We can help with things like stress, anxiety, depression, overwhelming or suicidal thoughts,
aggression, school refusal, running away, substance use, bullying, family conflict, or the death of a loved one, self harm, cutting and other challenges. Services are free and confidential.

➖A caring professional from CPC Integrated Health will arrive in one hour at your home, or a location of your choice, to provide support & assistance with your family’s mental health needs.
💛 Children’s Mobile Response uses a family focused approach to help children ages 5-21 experiencing a behavioral or emotional crisis. Immediate, in-home stabilization services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year in Monmouth County. Services are designed to defuse an immediate crisis, maintain a safe living environment for the child and family, prevent unnecessary hospitalizations and reduce the need for out-of-home placements. Services include: crisis evaluation and intervention, treatment planning, linkage to in-home or outpatient therapy, safety planning, linkage to behavioral assistance/supports, access to community resources, referral to follow-up services and stabilization services for up to 8 week
