Dieticians and health experts recommend losing 1lb-2lbs per week for healthy and longterm weightloss.
Unless you’re an athlete or fitness fanatic yourself, most people aren’t dieting or working out effectively enough through the holidays to pursue that goal.

That puts you at the ‘new year, new you’ weightloss starting line (which is also fine!).
But history shows us that 20% fall off within the first two weeks, 60% fall off within the first month, and roughly 80-90% off people fall off from their new years resolutions by 2 months in.

So what’s the difference for people who fail and those who succeed??
Discipline and accountability. Someone you can ask questions, answer to, and helps guide you through the process.

If most start Jan 1 on their new years weightloss goal, that means by March 12 you can lose 10+ lbs, by May 21 you should lose 20+ lbs, by July 30th you could lose 30+ lbs! And the weightloss is dramatically increased if you have more weight to lose and start off sedentary.

So START NOW!

Summer bodies are built in the winter. And there’s a reason why experts don’t recommend starvation, crash diets, or diet pills..... they don’t work. You gain all of the weight back as soon as you drink water or eat a damn cookie.

The best way to lose weight and stay in shape?
SUSTAINABILITY!

A lifestyle change that you can do longterm. Healthy foods, healthy portions, workouts that don’t murder you day in and day out, and no crash diets.

Even learning better habits, starting to build muscle, and getting the ball rolling during the holidays can have a longterm impact on those extra longterm holiday calories.
