Reduced vloat/puffy/inflamed belly

Restricted breathing with movement/exercise is is basically gone. Yes, I am out of shape! But the ability to breathe well and move at the same time will greatly improve my ability to improve 😆.

Significantly reduced mucus, coughing, nose blowing.

I even managed to get my kiddo in the Rain and have seen some improvements to her sinuses.
