Tuesday nights at The Village Yoga Community aren’t just classes… they’re a full-body reset from the inside out.

Start at 5:30 PM with Strength & Stretch—a powerful blend of yoga and Pilates designed to build strength, improve stability, and lengthen muscles with intention. This is where your body gets stronger and smarter, learning how to move with control, support, and confidence.

Then at 6:45 PM, shift gears into Yin Untangled—a slower, deeply restorative practice that targets the fascia and connective tissue, helping to release tension, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. This is where the body unwinds and the mind finally exhales.

Together, these classes create the perfect balance of effort and ease—science-backed movement, deep release, and a chance to truly reconnect with yourself.

Just like every good yoga practice includes a pause… so does our week.

On Sundays, The Village Yoga Community is closed so we can take time to rest, restore, and reconnect with the people and moments that matter most. In a world that constantly encourages us to keep going, sometimes the most meaningful practice is simply allowing ourselves the space to slow down.

Whether your Sunday is spent with family, enjoying quiet time, getting outside, sharing a meal, or simply catching your breath from the week behind you—we hope you give yourself permission to pause.

9:30–10:30 AM | Yoga Basics
New to yoga or looking to revisit the foundations? This welcoming class focuses on fundamental postures, safe alignment, and breath-centered movement in a supportive and encouraging environment. Each pose is explained and explored so students can build confidence, understanding, and a stronger connection to their practice.

Two opportunities to practice. Two different rhythms of yoga. One intention—bringing the body and mind back into balance.

8:30–9:30 AM | Yin & Yang Flow
Midweek is the perfect time to reset, and this class does exactly that. Yin & Yang Flow blends dynamic movement with deep, intentional stillness. The “Yang” portion builds gentle heat, strength, and circulation through flowing postures, while the “Yin” portion slows everything down with longer-held poses that target the connective tissues, joints, and fascia.

The result? You leave feeling energized yet relaxed, open in the body and clearer in the mind—like hitting the reset button halfway through the week.

5:30–6:30 PM | Hatha: Harmony in Motion
In the evening, we return to the roots of yoga with a balanced Hatha practice that emphasizes mindful movement, breath awareness, and steady, intentional pacing. Tuesday Nights at The Village Yoga Community

Two classes. Two completely different experiences. One very good reason to get on your mat.

5:30–6:30 PM | Strength & Stretch
This class is all about balance. We build strength where the body needs support and create length where the body holds tension. Expect a blend of yoga, functional movement, and deep stretching designed to improve mobility, stability, and overall resilience in the body. It’s the perfect class if you want to feel stronger, more open, and more capable in everyday life.

Then… we slow everything down.

6:45–7:45 PM | Yin Untangled
This is where the body—and the mind—begin to unwind. Yin yoga works deep into the connective tissues, joints, and fascia, helping release long-held tension while calming the nervous system. Poses are held longer, giving the body time to soften and the mind space to settle.

Think of it this way:
Strength & Stretch builds the structure.
Yin Untangled releases what’s been tied up inside it.

Foundations Level 2 at The Village Yoga Community is where the practice begins to slow down just enough for the real magic to happen. We build on familiar postures while placing a stronger emphasis on intentional breathwork, mindful movement, and meditation—helping you understand not just what you’re doing on the mat, but why it matters.

Expect a balanced class that refines alignment, strengthens the body, and cultivates a calmer, more focused mind to carry into the rest of your week.

While we continue cleaning up at the studio today, classes there will be canceled.

However, we are still coming together this afternoon:
