Let’s be honest—Mondays can be a lot. 😩 But don’t stress… we’ve got your body, mind, and soul covered with not one but TWO classes to ease into your week with intention and release.

🧘‍♀️ 5:30–6:30 PM – Foundations Level Two
Our classic Monday favorite to build strength, balance, and deepen your connection to breath and body.

✨ 7:00–8:00 PM – NEW: Yin Untangled
We’re shaking things up with a special late class! Sink into stillness, stretch deep into the fascia, and unravel the stress that’s been building up since your alarm went off this morning.

Here’s why you need yoga more than coffee on a Monday:
1. 🌬️ It calms your nervous system – activating your parasympathetic “rest and digest” mode.
2. 🌀 It releases tension from muscles and fascia – especially the spots where stress likes to hide.

🌅 8:00–9:00 AM | Rise & Realign (Studio)
Wake up your weekend with purpose. This energizing morning flow sets the tone with intentional movement and breath to help you rise grounded and ready for anything.

🧘‍♂️ 9:30–10:30 AM | Yoga Basics (Studio)
New to yoga or craving a return to your foundation? This all-levels class focuses on form, breath, and alignment—perfect for building strength, confidence, and calm.

🐶 12:00–1:00 PM | All Levels Yoga at the Animal Welfare League of Trumbull County
Unroll your mat for a mission! This special outdoor class is open to all levels, and every dollar goes directly toward helping shelter animals find their forever homes. Come flow, breathe, and make a difference—one down dog at a time. 💛

Register for a 3-week Session of Chair Yoga with Elizabeth Hoffman from The Village Yoga Community. Dates are July 18, August 29, and September 26 from 1pm-2pm in the meeting room. Spots are limited and registration is required. Please call 330-534-3512 ext-2 or visit the information desk on the 2nd floor of the library to sign up.
