Start at 5:30 PM with Strength & Stretch—a powerful blend of yoga and Pilates designed to build strength, improve stability, and lengthen muscles with intention. This is where your body gets stronger and smarter, learning how to move with control, support, and confidence.
Then at 6:45 PM, shift gears into Yin Untangled—a slower, deeply restorative practice that targets the fascia and connective tissue, helping to release tension, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. This is where the body unwinds and the mind finally exhales.
