We’re proud to shine a spotlight on someone who has dedicated her life to advocacy, compassion, and care — Mary Jean Cappabianca, LSW, our Corporate Admissions & Social Services Director.

Since 1995, Mary Jean has been a driving force behind the scenes, leading our team of licensed social workers and guiding families through every step of the admissions process. With decades of experience (including 14 years in skilled nursing before joining us!), she ensures every resident receives not only the care they need — but the support they deserve.

From coordinating safe discharge plans and connecting families with community resources, home health care, and financial planning to staying ahead of ever-changing insurance guidelines — Mary Jean is truly an advocate every step of the way.

Mary Jean, thank you for being the heart, voice, and advocate for so many. Happy National Social Work Month! 💙👏
