- It is an unopposed residency program
- Offers a FM-OB fellowship tract
- Can be trained in colonoscopies and EGDs
- Has a well-organized procedures clinic
- Half day of lectures on Thursdays - No morning report
- 2 chiefs selected from the 3rd year class
- Welcoming to MD and DO residents from all over the country
- 2016 grads now in Japan, FL, RI, NC, and HI
