They’re so good a supporting a strong, healthy pelvic floor. Not to mention they also are great for low back & hip health too! 🤫

Benefits of Hip Thrusts:

A basic hip thrust involves two feet on the ground but if you’re feeling fancy & are ready for a challenge, try adding some weight (dumbbells or barbell) OR a single leg option, like Dr. Annie is showing here! 🔥

Knee pain stopping you from your favorite squats & lunges in your workouts?

Try these 3 Tips!

🔥 Add a band to your squats - pull the band apart by directing your knees out towards your pinkie toes throughout the squat. This will help engage your outer glutes 🍑

🔥 Favor backward lunges - the angle & load to your knee can be more friendly in a backwards lunge (compared to front lunges). Be sure that you have a slight forward lean of your chest at the bottom of your lunge…think “nose over toes.”

🔥 Try Lunge Sliders - if stepping into a lunge still isn’t going well, try keeping your foot connected to the floor via a glider disc or fuzzy 🧦
