A Comprehensive Introduction to Form & Function of Kettlebells
Kettlebells are at the forefront of simple, effective, and accessible tools for fostering strength, power, speed, agility, mobility, and body awareness. This workshop facilitates a safe and positive environment for all folks to learn and/or improve upon their familiarity around these tools.
In this workshop, you’ll learn and review the foundational kettlebell movements including the swing, clean, press, sn**ch and Turkish getup. In addition to inquiry guided instruction and open class discussion, students will get to work on various kettlebell sequences and practice proper form.
Whether you’ve never touched a kettlebell or you’re a master of them in FIT class, this will be a fun two-hour course to learn, play and explore.
Lindsey is a certified personal trainer and licensed massage therapist. She is StrongFirst and RKC certified in kettlebells.
