A huge thank-you to Amanda for leading such a beautiful and restorative yoga class today. What an incredible way to reset at the turn of the week! 🧘🏻‍♀️

And thank you to everyone who joined us! We had an amazing group, with people driving in from as far as Bridgewater and participants ranging from ages 15 to 50+.

To top it all off, as we left we got to enjoy tasty oatmeal raisin protein cookies from Ms. Goodies Treats — the perfect post-yoga snack! 🍪 💖
