This family has been amazing to work with. I am so so proud of these boys for committing and putting in the work, even when it got hard. It helps that their parents have been so incredibly involved, contributing so much to their success. Grateful to be able to do what I do everyday 💜💜

I don’t share my clients wins nearly enough. Left is before - check the imbalance in her facial muscles. She presented with pretty severe TMJ pain on the right, very much favoring the left side through her entire body. Right is today 🎉 through oral exercises, posture work, and facial muscle balancing - check out how much more balanced her face is. This is helped reset her TMJ and balanced her upper body. ➡️ Pain has nearly disappeared ➡️ She has regained a lot of normal sensation on the right side ➡️ She is sleeping better and waking well-rested ➡️ She is eating a more normal diet (she was only eating soft foods before due to pain) ➡️ She is more confident in her appearance ➡️ She has tossed the night guard and splint that the dentist gave her. 💪🏼 So happy for her and honored to be part of her journey.

Starting a business and networking and connecting with like-minded professionals in the airway space has been so freaking amazing. I am so proud to be in the company of some pretty phenomenal women doing some really phenomenal things for moms (and dads) and their families in northeast Ohio.

I hope you don’t mind me calling all of you out:

Carly Dulabon - Dr. Dulabon is the director of the new breastfeeding medicine facility at Akron Children’s. She is an IBCLC herself and is providing a service that has been so needed in this area for moms and babies. She is taking new patients and her team is ready to help!

Laura German Lawrence - Dr. Lawrence is the director of the new dental clinic at Signature Health Painesville. Not only is she serving a community in need, she is also bringing awareness to airway health as a super skilled release provider!

Andrea Csok - I can’t tag you, but - Dr. Csok has been such a big part of many of my clients journeys to success. I am so grateful to have her on my team to perform amazing releases for my tongue-tied clients! She also has her own practice at Cleveland Tongue-Tie Center.

Eilish Welsh - Dr. Eilish is a pediatric dentist at Brunswick KiDDS. She is providing releases for our newest humans as well as supporting the mother/baby dyad in the earliest days of life.

The women at Cleveland Chiropractic + Integrative Health Center have recently moved in to a new space. Their focus is on women and their families and supporting that dynamic in multiple specialties, from chiropractic care to fertility support and beyond.

Seriously. This community is just the best. I’m so honored to be a part of this movement of women doing big things, taking a leap, and being at the forefront of what’s to come 💜💜

After much hard work and fighting my ADHD, my course has finally been published!

It's been quite an adventure from start to finish. The deeper I got in the process, the more I adjusted and personalized.

I’m super proud of my final result. I hope this brings a more affordable option for quality care to those needing myofunctional therapy most.
