Don’t let chilly months slow you down! These simple stretches help keep your muscles loose, improve circulation, and fight stiffness—perfect for starting your day or unwinding after work.

1️⃣ Neck Stretch: Gently tilt your head to each side, holding for 10–15 seconds. Relieves tension from screen time.
2️⃣ Seated Spinal Twist: Sit tall, twist your torso gently to each side for 10–15 seconds. Loosens your back and shoulders.
