WE ARE OPENING A GYM!!!!

Just a few doors down from our clinic, we will be opening Peak Velocity, a functional fitness space designed to help people learn how to move better, train with purpose, and unlock their full potential.

This gym is more than a place to work out. It’s a place to grow, challenge yourself, and discover your peak.

Over the next few months we’ll be building our dream space from the ground up, and we’re excited to bring you along for the journey.

He’s bringing a whole new level of care to the clinic — from comprehensive movement breakdowns and targeted exercise selection to fully individualized programming that aligns with each person’s goals.

Today we spent our lunch and learn going over our life languages and how it applies to how we function and communicate with one another! Great insight and conversation.... Then we ended with a rowdy round of Left, Right, Center playing for chocolate!! We played two rounds and both rounds sent everything to the middle pot meaning no one won!!! However, many laughs were had. Love this team 💕
